このアプリはまだまだ研究段階です。生音を奏でる楽器の音質を評価するにあたり、人が感じ取る音質の特徴と、工学的に計算できる音質パラメータとは、必ずしもマッチするものではないからです。現在のところ、既成の音質パラメータを使用していますが、アプリのユーザーから意見をもらい、使えるパラメータ、そうでないものを整理していきたいと思います。
また楽器ユーザーが目指す有名なプレイヤーの音質を参考データとして用意すること、楽器や部品ごとの特性を明らかにすることもやってみたい課題の一つです。

This app is still very much in the research stage. When evaluating the sound quality of live acoustic instruments, the characteristics that people perceive do not always align with the parameters that can be calculated through engineering methods. At this point, we are using established acoustic parameters, but our goal is to collect feedback from users and identify which parameters are truly useful and which are not.

Another challenge we would like to take on is preparing reference data based on the sound qualities of renowned players that instrumentalists aspire to, as well as clarifying the characteristics of different instruments and their components.
